Hello! I am Kaitlyn Maxfield, the owner of Little Bites Therapy and a licensed speech language pathologist in the state of Utah. I am specialized in pediatric responsive feeding therapy and early language acquisition. I have experience working in the outpatient medical setting with children ages birth to 18 years of age as well as experience working in both the preschool and elementary school setting with the local school districts. I have a firm understanding of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and the frustration of being placed on waitlists and not being able to receive regular and consistent therapy sessions in the outpatient therapy setting. I am experienced in working together with a team of specialists (family members, OT, PT, pediatrician, elementary teacher, special education team) to help children to be successful in meeting their needs. I believe a child-led therapy approach along with parent coaching and involvement in therapy sessions leads to ultimate success. I am confident in providing evidence based therapy practices in both teletherapy and in-person settings. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and sweet corgi. We enjoy camping, riding in our side-by-side, eating yummy food, and going on road trips to new places!
